No service agreement from website use

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance, results, lead volume, revenue, or campaign performance. Any engagement, scope, fees, advertising budget, responsibilities and terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Advertising and results

Advertising outcomes vary based on market conditions, budget, offer, service area, competition, follow-up and other factors. Pipeline Genius does not guarantee any particular number of inquiries, estimates, customers, revenue or return on advertising spend.

Intellectual property

The Pipeline Genius name, logo, website content and original materials are owned by or licensed to Genius Creations Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party services

Campaigns may rely on third-party platforms such as Meta. Their availability, policies and performance are outside our control, and their own terms may apply.

Changes

We may update these website terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.
